Follow these rules when you are making your character and you should be okay.

-NO Uchihas, those guys' clan is dead, so don't bother asking.

-Don't be too overpowering, that's concidered godmodding.

-None of the original characters. They're dead, the time period is too far ahead.

-No sharingan.

-Only use bloodline jutsus if you are from that clan's bloodline.

-NOTHING is invincible. Always has to have some weakness or be able to dodge or penetrate the jutsu.

-Also don't post in other apps, admins or mods will take care of telling them what is wrong. If you already have a jutsu that they put on theirs, or if it is in a kekkei genkai then tell a mod or admin what is wrong.

Follow these rules and you'll be good to go.
